The Treasurer/Collector’s Office is the central office for receipt for all payments. You might say one stop shopping for paying town bills.
The Town of Mansfield is now sending all payments for current bills to a Payment Processing Center in Chelsea. Please use the envelope that is provided with your bills which is mailed to:
P.O. Box 9192
Chelsea, MA 02150-9192.
Allow ample time for mail delivery as payments are posted when they are received. All payments mailed to or dropped off at Town Hall or the Electric Department will be shipped to the Chelsea center, so allow up to a week for processing.
If you choose to pay your bills electronically, we request that you do so through the Town’s Online Bill Pay website.
If you choose to use your personal online banking, you must provide the correct account information for each bill type to ensure that the payment is applied correctly. For tax payments, you will need to provide the bill numbers. For water, sewer and electric bills, you will need to provide the account number.

There Is a Payment Drop Off Box located at the exit of the Park Row Parking Lot. Payments may be dropped off at any time. Payments are picked up from the box Monday through Friday at 8 AM and are posted using the prior business day as the effective date.
