No. Instructors have several days to submit their grades to the Registrar's Office for processing. Grades and degrees do not post until a week after the semester has ended. You should log into MyDMACC to view your unofficial transcript and check your grades.
When a student requests a transcript to be emailed through the National Student Clearinghouse, you can track the status of your order. As long as you provide accurate information, your transcript can be delivered in just a few hours. Recipients you designate will receive an email with instructions to download your transcript. You will receive an email notice after your transcript has been retrieved. Electronic delivery may be slower during peak ordering times at the end of a semester.
When a student requests a transcript to be mailed, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Transcripts will not be released until delinquent accounts have been paid.
Transcripts are mailed free of charge. There is a $5 charge for your transcript to be emailed through the National Student Clearinghouse. There is also a $5 charge for same day pick-up.

If you request your transcript to be emailed through the National Student Clearinghouse, and provided accurate information, your transcript can be delivered in just a few hours. If you request your transcript to be mailed, it will depend on the destination. Please note that transcript intake processing times at receiving institutions may cause delays. The institution may have received the transcript, but not yet processed it. Please allow a couple weeks for this process to be completed. For efficiency, please contact the receiving institution first.
Transcripts issued to students are considered to be unofficial by most institutions. In order for the transcript to be official, it must be sent directly to the receiving institution. Always check with the receiving institution to see what they consider to be official.
DMACC College credit transcripts are printed on security paper that does not require a raised seal to be official.
A class is still in session and has not yet ended, or the instructor has not yet assigned a grade.
You will need to request through myDMACC or complete the Transcript Request form. Be sure you check the non-credit box on whichever form you use.
Yes, you will need to order the transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse and enter in your information. There is a $5.00 processing fee.
The National Student Clearinghouse sends out DMACC's official electronic transcripts. However, it depends on the receiving institution as to whether or not they will accept an emailed transcript as official. Please verify with the institution prior to ordering an electronic transcript.
Your unofficial transcript is your most up-to-date academic record. Log into myDMACC, click on the Web Information button and select “View Transcript" from the expanded menu.
DUAL credit courses taken at the high schools do not post until mid-June for courses taken in the spring, and they do not post until the beginning of February for courses taken in the fall. Colleges are aware that DMACC posts these grades at a later date. It is recommended that you send your prospective college a transcript of your in-progress courses, and then send them a final transcript after all of your grades have posted.
DMACC does not offer overnight services and can only mail a transcript via US Postal Service. The fastest option to receive a transcript would to have it emailed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
If you are emailing your transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse, you will have the option to upload your attachment. If you need your transcript mailed, please email your attachment along with the Transcript Request form to transcripts@dmacc.edu.
